Need help on wrapping Accessible Interface to QWidget

Hi,
I'm trying to wrap accessibleInterface on some custom widget that is already defined in qaccesssiblewidget.cpp. Narrator could read it the first time for every rerun but can read it the second time. I tried to inspect it with AccExplorer. If Narrator is not on, AccExplorer can always detect the accessible object name set manually by me. If Narrator is on, AccExplorer can only detect the accessible object once, If you move the crosshairs to different object and move it back to the accessible object while Narrator is on, AccExplorer will say the object is Nameless even tho it can detect the name at the first time. Please let me know if you have a solution to this. Thanks a ton.
