how to add adjustable size text on the scene

hi ,i am new to Qt...i want to add text to the scene ...i tried with QGraphicstextItem it's font size looking big...how to add adjustable text to the scene...for an example if i give some rectitem coordinates that string should have to fix exactly with in that rect width and height...some one plese helpme..

Use Text Edit... You can add adjustable text using this.....
