SSH connection failure N9 Qt Creator

Hi guys

for a while i been developing without device and few months now and just few day ago I got my N9 and so happy about it till few hours ago when I tried to deploy from Qt Creator.

I almost tried everything to get a connection between the N9 the Qt Creator, I followed the steps provided by Nokia that same issue, the only error Im getting!

SSH connection failure: Connection refused

Same thing in USB and WiFi

Im running Windows 7 & 64bit

please please pleases help
