I sync my data with my server in netbeans created with technology restfull. I can now get the data in Json. Now I want to sync. But I do not know how to begin. Can you help me?

Could you provide even the slightest sliver of information. We have no idea how you could perform some unknown sync operation on your unknown data, from an unknown source, with an unknown server either. We also don't know how this relates to Qt.
If this is related to Qt in some way then you probably want to start with QNetworkAccessManager
