Default Qt application built against X11 libraries to run in Windows platform

I know it is weird but I need to execute a Qt GUI application that supports X11 protocol on MS Windows platform. I want my application to be linked against X11 libraries and execute this application in Windows platform with X11 support.

It is obvious that if I build my Qt source code in Unix environment it automatically becomes an X11 application but this application can be run only on Unix Operating Systems, not on MS Windows.

Is there any way to develop Qt X11 application for MS Windows platform?
