    Default depends

In the tutorial of Greygeek at
    http://www.qtcentre.org/forum/showthread.php?t=461
i read there is a tool called "depends" which shows all the library you need to install your program on a PC without QT on it. This is a free tool from microsoft. I searched the net but didn't come up with a download link of the tool. Could someone provide us a link?

Does anyone know if there is a linux variant of this functionality?

    Thanks
