    Default icon visible from explorer

After referring to http://doc.trolltech.com/4.2/resourc...he-application I have managed to compile in a few icons. i.e. I have set the application icons as well as a few button icons.

But, what do I have to do to get the icon to be visible from windows explorer when I look at the application.exe file itself?

    Thank you,
    Chas
