Default 3d print of lat, long, elev .txt file

I want to print a 3D model of a farm field. I have a txt file that includes the points in Latitude, Longitude and elevation.
Other than spending a lot of $$$, it there a way to use two or three programs and covert it to a useful file (.obj, .stl) ?
I also need to be able to edit/trim the area. Is that a problem?

You need to clarify your aim. About rendering your 3D model, you can use a QGraphicsScene and add your QGraphicsView items, including your
main QGLWidget (in this case is your main farm rendering) to the scene.
