High DPI support on windows

Hello everyone!
I have a windows 8.1 laptop with high DPI. I've set respective scaling setting in Control Panel and some apps do scale appropriately. Qt Creator (3.0.1), however, does not really scale. All buttons and other widgets are very small. Applications also don't scale properly: View widgets, toolbars - it is all messed up. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

I've tried setting environment variable QT_HIGHDPI_SCALE_FACTOR=2 - did not help. QtCreator and the application look the same .
