    Default Announcement: RibbonUI Library

    Hi friends,

today i want to announce my newest project: a RibbonUI library.
The library can be used to create quick and easy MS Office 2013 style like applications, from the outer window to the Ribbon menu bar. This includes (the first made) controls
like Buttons and the loved In-RibbonGallery. The controls can be layed out in LARGE and MEDIUM sizes (as suggested by MS's Ribbon style guide).

The license of this library is still GPL/LGPL to let users develop a nice usable library to bring applications from windows to Linux/Unix

I want to release a first alpha version within the next week, at first i post some screens here to get your input - so please comment.

    Wonderful job!

My only question is: the library is in GPL/LGPL, but since Microsoft hold the patent for Ribbon toolbars, wouldn't we still have to pay something to Microsoft in order to use your library (even if it's just for commercial applications)?
May the Lord be with you. Always.
