Adding -O3 compiler option in Qt Creator

You should be able to do it via .pro file:

QMAKE_CXXFLAGS += -O3

QMAKE_CXXFLAGS += -O3

To copy to clipboard, switch view to plain text mode 

Thanks stampede for the reply. Although I'm not sure it's working, at least now it's not giving me any compiler errors!!
