Default Cannot get the axis's current min and max values

I have plotted a graphic using qwtplot, and connected a panner and a magnifier to it.
The problem is that I cannot find how to get the current y_max y_min and x_min x_max values from the axis.
I have looked throw the qwtscaleengine qwtscaledraw and qwtscalewidget, but I haven;t found the solution.
Can anybody clearify this to me?

Thank you very much - that worked.
Seems that lack of expirience is the reason.
    Problem is solved!
