In Qt 5.10.1 unable to run exe

In Qt 5.10.1 unable to run exe below error am getting
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb"
in "".
Available platform plugins are: linuxfb, minimal, offscreen, vnc.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Aborted (core dumped)
