Witold Wysota and Lorenz Haas have written a good book for Qt5. You will see Wysota's name on many, many posts here. It looks like he has also written a follow-up book which will be coming in September. Even though both books have "game programming" in their titles, that isn't really so accurate, at least not for the first book. It is really a general introduction to Qt 5, using the idea of developing a game as the central theme.

The Qt distribution also comes with many, many examples and tutorials, and there are many tutorials and videos online.
