If you have no experience in programming at all, I suggest you look into taking classes at a local small college. At least in the US, nearly every community college has at least some courses in beginning programming. It is really hard to teach yourself and gain enough knowledge and skills to be able to find a job as a developer. You really need to get some professional level education.

I do not know how old you are, what your level of education is, where you live, or what your goals and interests are in becoming a software developer. It is impossible for anyone to give you a step by step roadmap.
