./configure effect:

phonon module .... no
....

What could be reason ?

Run

./configure -v

./configure -v

To copy to clipboard, switch view to plain text mode 

to see details.

Basically you'll need certain gstreamer development packages. Try searching for packages named like this (or something similar):
- libgstreamer-devel
- libgstreamer-plugins-base-devel
