Default To "C" or not to "C"!

    Hi,

This is really not about C but C++, and it's object-oriented capabilities.

I read today a very old interview that Bjarne Stroustrup gave in 1998 to the IEEE's 'Computer' magazine.

    Is this so?
This is what he really thinks?
    Can anyone enlighten me?

    Thanks

... but meanwhile i found this and i could go to sleep in peace

Anyway ... it was funny to think (for a very breaf period) that what you believe to be a great tool was a big fake.

But by the way ... is C++ to live for many more years?

No, it actually died two days ago. We're all switching to F-=2 or QML.
Your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own. Resistance is futile.

For QML read about Qt Declarative UI, which is right now still a project but will become officially part of Qt in about some month (but the trolls refused to say a definite date...): http://labs.trolltech.com/blogs/2009...eclarative-ui/
    For the other start here.

Since I had limited time, I take the basis from somewhere in the web and altered it. Which means I updated the nose and put that lovely Qt-earring to that really handsome man....
