4.7.0 assistant doesn't start

Hi,

I downloaded the 4.7 version (for Windows). Everithing works fine except the assistant. If i start this it comes always a errormessage that says i have the wrong dll version for QtNetwork4.dll

To copy to clipboard, switch view to plain text mode 

This says me i have the wrong dll version but this sholdn't be the case for a fresh installation. Have anybody a idea whats wrong?
