What about SQLite? It should also work for Windows CE.

I just want to make sure whether the mysql could work on windows ce.Because I have a website based on the mysql ,So I just want to know if there is some ways to make the mysql enable on the wince?

Can you download MySQL driver for WinCE from MySQL website?
