How to get installed applications icon in Nokia N9

i want to know is there any way i can get the icons of installed packages in Meego/ nokia n9 in Qt or QML.

Please guide me how i can do that.

The .desktop files of the applications present in /usr/share/applications can be used to parse the names of the installed apps and icons
