Qt clear fonts

Hey there I'm trying to achieve better looking fonts than standard Qt font.
Like what you'd find in Safari :



Is there some way to obtain that smoothed look ?

I think you should start by comparing the same typefaces - these two fonts are obviously different, so comparing them doesn't make much sense.
