    Default upgrading Qt in linux

I instaled qt-sdk-linux-x86_64-opensource-2009.02.bin in Linux, now
I want to update to qt-sdk-linux-x86_64-opensource-2009.03.1.bin.
So I should delete the directories where my actual instalation is, and install everything again right ? (I don't know much about linux). I am using a portuguese version of linux "caixa mágica" based on mandriva. Thank you.

I did that and it works althout the icons in the desktop and menu where a litle messed up, cause they where pointing to the old instalation. Also qtcreator detect the old instalaton and I have the put the new one has the default. Now it works fine
