Default ToolBar Below mainToolBar not showing properly

Hi everyone, I've added three toolbars, there's the mainToolBar to the left and then I added another toolbar that has the B for bold to the right of that. I'm trying to work with a third below both of these, however when I run the application the lower toolbar doesn't show properly. How could I fix this? See the image attached.
//addToolBarBreak(); gives me the same result.

You've added three toolbars to what sort of object and in what way? It looks like you have one or more widgets not in a layout.
