I want to make own local lan analizer which can show how many computers are in my network, what is they ip, mac address and how many mb upload/download (trafic).
Can I do this with qt? Which library (libraries) can I use?

Use libpcap. Qt networking capabilities won't help you much here. You can use it for a GUI if you want though.
