the "QT4.3.2(build debug library)"command can find in start ->programm ->Qt by Trolltech v4.3.2 (OpenSource), it is bringed by QT4.3.2 software package. But I cannot build the QT4.3.2 debug library using it in windows2000 OS. why??

why cannot build the QT LIB using the "QT 4.3.2(build debug library)" in windows?
