Qt 4.7.4 build problem

when I Build the Qt Library
like Step 4

I use Visual Studio 2008 command prompt
show this problem

Stop.
Building qmake failed, return code 2

pls help me~

Is the filie actually there?
It should be in the same directory (src\corelib\global).
