because I'm trying to integrate my GUi in an existent application that for some not identified reason call the languageChange() of the GUI so for example the text of all Labels fixed at runtime are replaced with the text fixed with languageCange.

Maybe you should instead do it properly? See what calls the method and disable it.

BTW. We are talking about Qt3 here, right?
