change linker in qmake

hello,

i want to use another linker than g++ in qmake,
i find that i can change the compiler my defining something as:
QMAKE_CXX=mpicxx
but it works only for doing the object files .o ,for the last step ,linking, Qt
still use g++ and i got some error then:
